On 6/11/2022, the closing ceremony of the Six-course of Basic Nursing Course was held in the presence of the Vice President of Zakho University for Student Affairs (Dr. Karwan Fahmi Sami) and the Director of the Career Development Center at Zakho University (Mr. Berivan Mohammed Ahmad). The event was organized by the Career Development Center in coordination with the Directorate of Zakho Health and the Pedagogical Training and Academic Development Center.
The courses were previously opened on the following dates:
- January 25, 2021, First nursing course
- January 23, 2022, Second nursing course
- February 28, 2022, Third nursing course
- March 28, 2022, Fourth nursing course
- May 15, 2022, Fifth nursing course
- October 4, 2022, Sixth nursing course
In the ceremony, the nurses were awarded by the Vice President of the University for Student Affairs and the Director of the Career Development Center. The nurses were thanked for their efforts with the University of Zakho for providing Six nursing courses as trainers.
Of course, the participants were also awarded certificates. Finally, the vice President of Zakho University for Student Affairs and the Director of the Career Development Center requested the continuation of such activities and courses for the employees and students as well.
